Abstract

Spontaneous rupture of the gravid uterus is infrequent and the combination with placeta percreta as_ the cause is extremely rare,. but it is one-of the most serious problem in clinical view-point of obstetrics.
We present a case-, of spontaneous rupture of uterus due to placenta percreta which was 16th weeks gestation, and have reyeiwed literature brietIy.
